He has expertise in using technology to improve sales and customer service. Specifically, in using CRM Systems for Sales, Customer Service, and Lead Generation. Today, he works primarily in implementing CRM software developed by Zoho, ACT!, and Salesforce and helping people get their data out of old CRM systems.
