Chicago ACT! User Group 2010 Meeting Schedule
Exchange ideas, learn shortcuts, and keep abreast of the latest developments. Both novice and
experienced ACT! users are welcome. Meetings start with a lecture/demonstration and conclude with an
open question and answer session. Meetings in Schaumburg run from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Meetings are FREE and open
to the public. No reservations are required.

or analysis. ACT! 7 introduced dynamic groups that use Queries you save and
reuse. Sorting puts the data that the lookup finds into a defined order
or sequence.

Smart Tasks allow ACT! users to schedule a series of common and
connected steps. You can use the Smart Task templates that Sage ACT! provides or
create your own using the Smart Tasks Manager. Smart Tasks can be run manually or
scheduled to run automatically.
